This metric is used to assess the proportion of youth (aged between 14 to 24) within a household/community that are not in education, employment, or training. It takes into account the number of young people working in agricultural activities (within the system assessed), the number of youth in education, the number of those working outside (but living in the system), and the number of those who have emigrated.
